Software Combined Group acquires Auckland based Activate, Expanding its New Zealand Presence

Auckland, New Zealand and Sydney, Australia - 4 April 2024: Sydney headquartered software aggregator, Software Combined Group, has acquired Auckland based self-service automation and business process specialist, Activate, establishing a permanent presence in New Zealand.

This is the seventh Business-to-Business (B2B) software business acquired by Software Combined since they established operations in 2020. Activate has a well-established customer base throughout New Zealand, and its track record with large organisations and its integration with vendor platforms is clear proof of the longevity of Activate’s business model.
